Amazon Adventure Tours

These tours are for tourists looking for something more adventurous than a typical lodge in the Amazon region. Most of these tours spend a couple of nights at a lodge, but most nights will be spent in community accommodations or camping in tents. Exploring the Amazon in this manner offers the opportunity to see areas of the Amazon where few people visit; places where you can truly experience the peace, tranquility and diversity of Ecuador's Amazon region to the maximum.

All necessary camping equipment is included on these tours, except for flashlights or headlamps (essential). Tours are typically from 6 to 8 days, and activities include plenty of exploration by land and canoe to try spotting the wildlife of the region. Many of these tours require a minimum of 4 to 5 passengers; departures are less regular than lodge tours.
